Item Description
2x9". Comes in personalized black leather case inscribed "Spiro T. Agnew". Text on ribbon reads "Inaugural Committee 1789-1969 46th Inaugural Richard M. Nixon Spiro T. Agnew January 20th 1969". 1.75" inauguration medal suspended from brass hanger featuring an image of the U.S. Capitol and "Spiro T. Agnew" inscribed. This was the Vice President's personal badge specifically designated for him to commemorate the inauguration. Minor surface wear on ribbon w/a few tiny spots on Agnew nameplate. Medal is NM. Overall Exc. A truly one-of-a-kind and significant historical item.
