Item Description
Each is 7/8" w/union bugs at 5 and 7 o'clock. Each has only minor surface seen in reflected light. All Exc. Includes Jack Westland Washington State coattail. Westland served in Congress from 1953-1965. Perhaps what makes this coattail most interesting is the golf connection tying Westland to Eisenhower. Ike was an avid golfer, and Westalnd played on three Walker Cup teams and became the oldest person ever to win the U.S. Amateur at age 47. The grouping also includes a Thor Tollefson cottail, who served in Congress representing Washington's 6th District from 1947-1965. John Pendergrass Collection.
