2.25" long w/1.25" (32mm) brass token. DeWitt 1868-51. Profile image of the uniformed candidate w/name at the top and "1868" at bottom. Suspended from brass eagle and cannon motif hanger. Reverse reads "I Propose To Move Immediately On Your Works". Quote is a reference to his position on an outcome of unconditional surrender of the Confederacy during the Civil War. Retains nearly full luster w/only light wear. Exc.
