Item Description
1.25" real photo without dot pattern and without maker's name. Beautiful crisp photo of him with rim text "Good Luck Jimmy/Braddock Boosters." He had an amazing comeback from a downhill turn in his career which included several losses and then struggling to support his family by working on the docks during the Great Depression. This button is likely from the time he held the world heavyweight championship, after defeating Max Baer, from 1935 to 1937 when dubbed "Cinderella Man" by writer Damon Runyon.  Tiny light wear on upper half in reflected light. Great gloss and Exc. One of only three known to us. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
