Item Description
Blue is 1.75x5.5"; Pink is 1.75x6". Both feature "NDC" logo below a dove w/olive branch. Both have moderate wear w/moisture marks at the top and bottom of each ribbon. Pink ribbon has two tiny pin holes at the top. Glued along top and bottom edges w/paper on reverse. VG. Rare.
