Item Description
1.25" w/W&H back paper. J. W. Breidenthal Kansas was the Kansas gubernatorial candidate for the Democratic & Populist parties. The Kansas Democrats had merged w/the Populist party for the 1900 election. Breidenthal was defeated by his Republican opponent, William Stanley, while Bryan suffered his second defeat to William McKinley. Filigree design w/only minor surface wear in reflected light. A well-centered example. NM. See next lot for another Bryan and Breidenthal jugate.
