2" dia. brass frame w/reattached 2.25" long threaded post. c. 1795-1799. Colorful profile of Washington in general's uniform w/text in banner above. Overall light enamel wear, w/scattered faint staining that is barely seen. Soft pastel colors and a terrific display presence. Extremely Fine.
