Item Description
1.5x1.75". B/W photo front and text back w/player information. These were issued in matchboxes. Over 100 cards in the set and numerous photo and back varieties exist.

Archibald Clifton Wilson was a professional baseball player who played parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball for three teams. He primarily played in the outfield for the New York Yankees, Washington Senators and Boston Red Sox. In 1951, he was the International League MVP while playing for the Buffalo Bisons. He was later inducted into the International League Hall Of Fame. This card is designated by CSG as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection".
