Larger format 1.75" dia. button, no maker. Yellow text w/lt. red photos on cream design calls for close viewing. Muchinsky's book notes this was issued for a 1925 Shiners National Convention. On June 6, four matches were held. This button promotes two of the four bouts; both in lightweight class. Sammy Mandell (upper left) defeated Phil Salvadore (upper right) and Tommy O'Brien (lower right) defeated Ace Hudkins (lower left).
