Item Description
3x9.5x34.5" box contains playset #4228 Series 1000 copyright 1958 Wyatt Earp Enterprises. Second issue box w/"Hugh O'Brian" name included on all panels. Box lid has lt. aging/wear. Box is tight and clean w/nice graphics. Has inner inserts and original paper bags. Bags have some minor tears/aging. VF. Set includes nice tin litho "Dodge City" Western town buildings which appear unused with unbent tabs. Some lt. scratches on some tin pieces from storage. Set features cream character figure of Wyatt Earp w/trademark buntline pistol. This set comes w/15 Indians in yellow while the cowboys/outlaws configuration is nine figures in gray and nine figures in beige. Six bareback horses w/six rubber saddles and bridles, one standing Indian pony, stagecoach w/pair of horses (originally packed in this set, even though lid states buckboard), 21 pieces of street furniture, three pieces of fence, two cacti, one "A" style tree, original instruction sheet (tearing, small pieces missing, tape repairs). Set itself shows very little wear and appears unused and complete. Contents are overall Exc. Consignor purchased this set factory sealed, carefully removed staples (included) to examine contents.
