Item Description
8.5x12.25" in 12.75x15.75" wood frame. ©1964 The 7-Up Company. Original pen and ink and collage done for 7-Up "Chuckles Campaign." Lower margin marked "Produced By Vic Herman New Rochelle, NY." Herman was famous for his creation of Winnie the Wack, Reddy Kilowatt, Elsie the Cow, 7-Up Sam, etc. and is listed in art reference books. Art has pencil notations for the printers. Two color overlays attached to the back of the frame are easily removable. Exc.
