8.5x11" paper sheets w/copy of art from Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1 #90 Nov. 1970 as used in Marvel Tales Vol. 2 #225 July 1989 by Gil Kane/John Romita Sr. that are hand-colored as color guides. Reprints story from Spider-Man Vol. 1 #90 w/death of Capt. Stacy. No cover included. 19 story pages (numbers written at top of pages jump but issue was checked online and story appears complete. Storyline: "And Death Shall Come" by Stan Lee with art by Gil Kane and John Romita Sr. Color artist on issue was Andy Yanchus. Lt. aging/handling wear and overall clean. Overall displays VF.
