Family Home Entertainment VHS tape for Steve Barron's 1990 blockbuster superhero film adaptation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic books by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. It is the first film adaptation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the first installment in the original TMNT film trilogy. A box-office success, it grossed $202 million against a budget of $13.5 million, becoming the highest-grossing independent film up to that time and spawned a film franchise.
