Item Description
Pair of 8x10" official NASA photos featuring and signed by Sally Ride (1951-2012), America's first female astronaut. First photo shows crew of STS-7, NASA's seventh Space Shuttle mission, and the second mission for the Space Shuttle Challenger, which launched June 18, 1983. Photo has been signed in black felt tip pen by all five crew members - Robert Crippen, Frederick Hauck, John M. Fabian, Norman Thagard and Ride. Photo bears inscription at top right and shows some lt. scattered aging and handling wear. VF/Exc. Other photo is Ride's 1984 official NASA portrait and it has been signed in black felt tip pen. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA/COA.
