Item Description
16.25x18.25" frame contains limited edition sericel that has been professionally and attractively double-matted. Titled "The Garden Of Springfield," sericel is a clever play on The Bible's The Garden of Eden, w/Homer and Marge Simpson stepping in for Adam and Eve. Bart, Lisa and Maggie appear as angels amongst the branches of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which has donuts instead of apples. Mr. Burns is depicted as the serpent, tempting Homer w/a donut. Back of frame has COA noting this is the third in a series of Simpsons sericels, ©1998 Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. While unnumbered, COA states sericel was from a series of 1,200. COA shows some scattered wear but sericel is Exc. as framed a ready for display.
