6.75x10.5" paper sheet w/copy of cover art to Amazing Spider-Man #237 (Marvel, Feb. 1983) by Ed Hannigan that is hand-colored as a color guide for the published issue. Color artist was Andy Yanchus. Lt. aging/handling wear. Proof has two acetate overlays taped at top as made. Notations and date written on back. Overall displays Exc. From The Archives of Colorist Andy Yanchus.
