Published monthly by Fawcett Publications in Feb. 1946. This is Vol. 9 #52. Features Captain Marvel fighting giant mechanical insects and his arch nemesis Sivana. Captain Marvel Jr. makes a guest appearance in this story. Some very minor bleed-through of ad on inside front cover but red color of ad is mostly blocked by red color of Captain Marvel. Back cover has more of same red bleed-through but does not affect images on back cover. .25x.5" penciled check mark on upper front cover, minute pinch creases to spine. Still an exceptional copy. Exc.
