Item Description
7/8" w/ Bastian Bros. back paper. Harmon served as Governor of Ohio from 1909 to 1913, defeating Warren G. Harding in his 1910 re-election bid. In 1912 he was a contender for the Democratic presidential nomination. He placed third on the first ballot w/ 148 votes before losing to Woodrow Wilson after 46 ballots. Bold contrast w/ only minor wear. NM.
