8.5x11" textured paper "Certificate Of Appreciation" issued in recognition of "Blood Drive For The South Florida Blood Association" at the 1986 Trekon Star Trek convention. Certificate has been signed in black felt tip pen by George Takei and Walter Koenig, w/line provide for James Doohan to sign (Doohan has not signed). Certificate has also been signed by two co-chairmen of Trekon. Scattered handling and corner tip wear. VF overall. Comes with JSA COA.
