Item Description
1.5x2.75". The 1909-11 American Caramel E90-1 set consists of 120 cards. Each colorized card shows an artistic rendering of the athlete with his name, position and team denoted in a white border area at the bottom of each card. Several players exist in more than one pose or background color, adding to the difficulty in compiling a master set. Cards carry advertising backs. Harry Davis was a first baseman who played for the New York Giants (1895-96), Pittsburgh Pirates (1896-98), Louisville Colonels (1898), Washington Senators (1898-99), Philadelphia Athletics (1901-11, 1913-17), and Cleveland Naps (1912). He was a four time AL home run champion and a three time World Series Champion.
