7/8" with Irving & Jackens back paper. The state was admitted to the USA Sept 9, 1850. Exactly 60 years later folks were wearing this button at the "Admission Day Festival/San Francisco Sept. 8-9-10, 1910" At center the words "Alameda/Booster" frame a symbolic California grizzly bear.
