Item Description
2.25" w/Brunt back paper. Issued for Pan-Pacific expo and inscribed "Welcome" below grizzly bear being escorted on the fairgrounds by two women- one with arm full of fruit and the other wearing Hawaiian grass skirt. Above bear's fez is .25" hairline cello crack. About four other hairline cracks on the red rim are seen just on closest viewing. Totally clean and great gloss. Only one known to us. Fine. Rare.
