Item Description
First is larger 1.75" button with serial number 24. Curl names Phila. Badge as maker and front is accented by the Liberty Bell. Second is a real photo (no dot screen) with back paper of J. H. Shaw, also of Phila. This once had small ribbon held by collet but now gone. Because photo was taken at a distance a magnifier helps reveal the details which include two flag poles, a six column open large structure, the Liberty Bell at the center of the columns and in the foreground a low slung vehicle pulling a pair of "cars" loaded with people. This expo is most remembered for hosting the Dempsey-Tunney prize fight and 120,000 spectators. Both Exc. Both only examples known to us. Rare.
