Item Description
3.75" dia. Lacquered papier mâché w/color image and additional text "The Hero Of The War With Mexico." Beautifully detailed depiction of the candidate. Small diagonal scratch from Taylor's nose to mouth, otherwise only light surface wear and faint crazing as is typical. Beautiful color and one of the cleaner examples we've offered. Extremely Fine. This is larger than the typical 3.25" dia. boxes. The smaller design is offered infrequently and this larger example is almost never seen, especially this well preserved.
