Item Description
In 1995, trading card company Fleer published a series of cards featuring illustrations by an assortment of artists depicting DC Comics and Marvel characters battling against one another. Offered here is 15x20" Crescent Illustration Board w/mixed media original art by Glen Orbik and Blechman Studios. Art shows rooftop battle between antiheroes Catwoman (in her purple catsuit) and Elektra (who wields her trademark sai weapons). Orbik (1963-2015) was an American illustrator known for his fully painted paperback and comic covers (which included Batman titles, Legends Of DC and more), often executed in a noir style. Image area measures 10-3/8x14" and art comes w/custom double mat. Exc. and ready for framing.
