Item Description
Pair from the 1930s. Del Rio button is 1.75" w/photo of "Tiniest Man On Earth" from the "Al. G. Barnes & Sells/Floto Circus." A rare souvenir button we have only offered a few times in our 56 years. Lt. wear seen in reflected light. Glossy, Exc. High quality, 3.5x5.5" silver gelatin real photo postcard handed out during performances featuring Eck and his twin brother Robert. Johnny, the half-man from Baltimore, MD, became a cult figure after appearing in Tod Browning's 1932 film Freaks. The twins performed magic shows where the full-body twin Robert would be sawed in half, and Johnny would crawl through the audience, much to their shock. Lt. wear but unused and Exc.
