Item Description
22 of 24. Each is 2.75x2.75". These feature images from/related to the first four Bond films: Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger and Thunderball. Issued well after the bread label craze of the 1950s, this "Bond On Bond" promotion probably seemed like a winning combination at the time but apparently it did not go over well resulting in the rarity of these labels. A paper attache case album was also issued to store the labels. Each has a die-cut tab at bottom for removal from loaves, one of these tabs is missing. One label has a missing corner pc. All have scattered lt. wear and aging. Mostly Fine to VF. We have only ever offered these one other time, which was a lot of 12 back in 2011 that sold for $690. Among the rarest and most desirable bread labels. Roxanne Toser Collection.
