15x20" on medium uncoated textured stock. Promoting a concert November 17 at the University of Iowa Fieldhouse. Featuring a scene of the Statue of Liberty torch in Madison Square Park where it resided while funds were raised for the statue's construction. Signed in pencil on verso by artist Scott Allen Ross.
