Pencil art by Tom Grummett and inks by Keith Champagne/Dan Davis, from "Power & the Prize" storyline. Kossak the Slaver looking to capture Roxy who helps revive a fallen Superboy, in a 5 panel page. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top margin has inked title and page number. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc.
