Pencil art by Kevin West and inks by Jeff Albrecht, from "Shuttle Diplomacy" storyline. An unmasked Comet in a blizzard dream sequence on the page 1 splash page. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top margin has inked title and page number. Signed boldly by Kevin West. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc.
