The last of three annual issues during the Puerto Rican League winter seasons, these cards are similar in format to the previous year's sets with the principal difference being color photos rather than black and white along with blank backs. Printed on thin cardboard stock and issued with an album to house the cards. Designated by CSG as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection".
