9x5". American shield w/perched eagle at center. Text at bottom edge reads "Paste This On Your Windshield Or Window Republican State Committee, S.F." Some minor tape repairs for stabilization on reverse. Moderate wear, most notably a small tear along the edge at 12 o'clock. VF. Scarce and among the most outstanding graphic jugates of the era.
