3" long overall. Ribbon reads "Guest" while the brass hanger reads "John W. Davis Notification, August 11, 1924". Badge features the seal of Clarksburg, WV. Ribbon has faded text and some small tearing along right edge. Brass components have light wear and handling. VF. Scarce.
