1.25" w/.25" dia. surface paper spot off the 95% complete St. Louis Button Co. paper. Pin holds double 3.5" ribbons stating: "Annual State Convention/May 25-26-27, 1909 Chicago". In addition to the button text "R.F.D. Carrier/U.S. Mail" the top of the wagon's doorway reads "U.S. Mail". One pin hole at end of each ribbon. Rest NM. One known. Rare.
