Item Description
18x26.5". Cotton. Patented September 4, 1883. Features portrait of Cleveland in center of 38-star canton. The 38-star flag was used from 1877-1890. Even aging w/a few faint scattered stains, most notably along the right half of the flag. Some minor fraying and otherwise moderate wear. Overall Fine. Rare.
