6.25" long. Features the state flag design of Pennsylvania at the top. Produced for the Pennsylvania delegation at the Democratic National Convention held in Baltimore. Dated June 25, 1912. A few pulls along right and left edges, as well as some fraying in the top and bottom right corners. Overall Fine. Scarce. Wayne Otchis Collection.
