Ribbons are 3.75" to 5.75". Permit is 3.25x5.25". Permit has even aging w/some edge wear along corners. VF. Each ribbon has light handling wear w/only minor fading and/or gold letter application loss. Ribbons are all extremely Fine to Exc. An interesting grouping from Wilson's first inauguration.
