6.75x10.5" comic backing board has been signed in black ink by Rocky composer Bill Conti, adding musical composition as well as "'Rocky'" name. Bottom right corner has faint crease. VF/Exc. Comes w/glossy 7-5/8x10" publicity photo for 1979's Rocky II showing Mickey actor Burgess Meredith (1907-1997), who has boldly signed in black felt tip pen, adding personalized inscription. Photo has moderate handling wear and is VF overall. Comes w/JSA COA and LOA.
