Item Description
2.5x3.5" gum card issued in 1966, ©Marvel Comics Group. Set was comprised of six subsets of 11 cards each for - Captain America, Daredevil, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Spider-Man and Thor. This card No. 25, featuring great illustration of Daredevil battling the Ani-Men. "Write Your Own" word balloon. Back has full-color puzzle piece. Card has lt. aging w/lt. corner tip wear. Fine overall. Front of card has been signed in blue ink at bottom right by Stan Lee (1922-2018), who has added "90" date and Lee has also boldly written "Excelsior!" on back of card. Back of card has surface paper lift at top right, slightly affecting the exclamation point of Lee's famous catchphrase. Comes with JSA LOA. Classic piece of vintage Marvel merchandise to have signed by Stan The Man.
