Item Description
41x79.5" poster (printed in two separate sections) for the original release of the 1957 sci-fi film produced/directed by Roger Corman and starring Paul Birch, Beverly Garland, Morgan Jones, William Roerick and Anna Lee Carroll. Poster features great image of female lead Beverly Garland screaming in horror w/one-eyed alien grasping Earth in its tentacles. Poster has been folded as issued w/scattered wear along fold lines and a few splits measuring .25" to .5" at fold crease intersections. Bottom portion has some aging along fold lines, most notable in white areas. Fine/VF overall, but would make for impressive framed display. Given its large size, this poster saw a very limited print run compared to the matching one-sheet. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
