Item Description
27x41" poster for the original release of the 1961 American International fantasy/horror film written/directed by Curtis Harrington and featuring Dennis Hopper in his first starring role. Poster features "Eerie - Strange - Macabre" image of woman waving to couple on moonlit beach. Poster is marked "Style B," and bears 1963 date as while the film premiered in 1961, it was held up for general release until 1963. Folded as issued, poster has some wear at fold crease intersections. Top left margin shows obvious wear w/.5" tear and tear to tape repair. A few stray staple holes but Fine overall, and could be framed for a nice display. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
