Item Description
8.5x11" photocopy (xerographic print) on thin dark yellow/goldenrod stock produced before the show. PNW flyer promoting a concert in Portland, OR at "S.E. Ninth At Pine St" (Pine Street Theater) on Oct. 16, 1984 featuring "San Francisco's Dead Kennedys," Crucifucks, Poison Idea, Rancid Vat & Smegma. Graphics of President Ronald Reagan, Soviet General Sec. Konstantin Chernenko & the devil sharing a laugh. Two holes at top/bottom right; one each vertical & horizontal creases; scattered moisture and staple holes. Good. A rare survivor clearly used to promote the show. Evolving out of the hardcore scene Dead Kennedys had established themselves as a political force by 1984 rallying against the Reagan administration, religious right and various elements of American social life.
