Item Description
2.25" w/attached 5/8" dia. metal fan w/textured accents and at center is high relief enameled baseball. Done as a rebus, with the ball representing the word "baseball" over the handheld fan representing the word "fan." Back is marked "Brunner Bros. Cleveland, O." This company made a similar stickpin in 1906 for the Cubs but added the words around rim "Chicago Cubs World's Record-Breakers" in reference to their record setting win total. Great design. Nice luster. Exc. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
