Item Description
1.25" button features choice color depiction of Dick Tracy speaking to Little Orphan Annie w/word balloon reading "Shop At Genung's And Save." Item is from the early 1930s and was issued by a New Jersey department store. Button is scarce because of its limited local issue. This is a beautiful example complete w/James Spencer & Co. - Philadelphia back paper. Reverse by the collet has a few age marks with some microscopic 1/32" cello splits but all lay flat and tight. The front is gorgeous with full gloss, bright color and no age. Scarce.
