Item Description
7" long overall w/ 1.75" cello. National Equipment Co. back paper. Small separation on ribbon on the left edge on the "T" in "Tammany." Otherwise slight even aging on ribbon w/ light wear and handling. VF. Hylan was the Mayor of New York City from 1918 until 1925 and hosted the 1924 Democratic National Convention held in the city.
