Item Description
7/8" w/Baltimore Badge back paper. In 1906, there was a proposed law known as the Hamilton Joint Statehood Bill that would have created the state of Arizona by combining the territories of New Mexico and Arizona. This was rejected by Arizonians handily in a referendum vote. Arizona ultimately become a state in 1912. Minor production flaw along collet in which the cello was not crimped perfectly. Tiny cello separation at 9 o'clock that is stable and does not affect display, being mentioned only for extreme accuracy. Rich sepia tones w/strong contrast. Extremely Fine, displays above grade. John Hillhouse Collection.
