This is one of a set of 10 that also included Captain Marvel, Crusaders, Dr. Destiny, Free Lance, Hurri-Kane, Kip Keene, Purple Rider, Red Rover, Terry Kane. Patch has some scattered soiling but still glows and is Fine. Rare. Comes w/coverless comic book featuring Commander Steel.
