Item Description
1.25" w/"The Ohio Badge Co." back paper. Similar to Hake #3222, but this example is sepia rather than black and white. Cartoon portrait of Taft by Ohio State Journal cartoonist Harry Westerman. Given the curious text we date this to the 1912 election w/Republicans split between following Roosevelt to the Progressive party or staying w/Taft and the Republican party. Glossy w/only minor wear. NM. See previous lot for black/white variety. John Gearhart Collection.
