Item Description
52.75x31.75" poster on heavy paper stock w/pop art image of the Phantom holding onto a tiger. ©1965 KFS. Poster has lt. aging/wear. Few tack holes and wear on corners. Small paper loss at corners and 1" triangular piece out at upper right edge (does not affect image). Overall displays VG. Also includes 10x12.75" clipped page from NY Times Book Review 4/4/65. Great ad shows the Phantom sitting in a mid-century modern chair and smoking a cigar with poster on wall. Ad for all posters that included King Features characters of The Phantom, Mandrake the Magician, Flash Gordon and Prince Valiant. Lt. aging/wear. VF. Lastly is a sealed set of book cover set of four in sealed bag. Phantom and Mandrake shown on front and back. Designed to write your own captions in word balloons. Lt. aging/wear. Exc. Scarce trio.
