Item Description
Each is 7/8"made by W&H but this set of nine was used by two companies as a product purchase inducement so there are back papers for both American Pepsin Gum Co. and Little Jockey Cigarettes. Four of the men are designated "Celebrated English Jockey" while five, including Hamilton, an African American, are designated "Celebrated American Jockey." Two have very faint age traces and Fine while seven are Exc. See next lot for a related set.
